2. Please complete the online application according to the regulations of the NSTC on November 16, 2026 (Monday). Print the first page of the Project Concept Proposal and email it to peiheng@mail.cgu.edu.tw.
3. This project is divided into two stages: the "Project Concept Proposal" and the "Project Application". Each applicant should submit a "Project Concept Proposal". Those who pass the first stage of the Project Concept Proposal will be required to submit a formal project application for review in accordance with the relevant regulations.
