2. According to the cooperation agreement signed between NSTC and INCa, we provide funding for Taiwanese researchers to participate in the French PLBIO program. The PLBIO program focuses on original knowledge or forward-looking technological research related to cancer (which may include cognitive science). However, it does not cover translational research, clinical trials, or research in epidemiology and public health.
3. The project application process is divided into two stages:
(1) In the first stage, applications are only available through INCa. All related procedures are subject to the official announcements issued by INCa. (Please refer to the attachment).
(2) In the second stage, applications should be submitted separately to NSTC and INCa. Once NSTC receives from INCa the list of Taiwanese PIs who passed the first stage, it will notify the selected PIs to submit a full proposal to NSTC.
