1. The training course assisting young researchers in establishing independent laboratories.
2. Workshop is conducted in English and adopts an interactive teaching approach. Full participation is required.
3. Target participants: Prioritize newly recruited junior PIs/Group leaders within the past 5 years of the establishment of the laboratory, or entered the appointment negotiation stage and to take over the position of independent project leader.
4. Training Slot: Limited to 18 research scholars.
