1. Revised Regulation is attached as Appendix 1.
2. This is a partial subsidy, and concurrent applications for funding from other institutions or advisors' personal research projects are permitted.
3. Eligibility: Full-time undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students enrolled at Chang Gung University.
4. Limitation of Application:
(1) International conferences are limited to those nominated by each college. (Appendix 2)
(2) International conferences organized by institutions in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau are not eligible for this subsidy.
5. Application Procedures:
(1) Applications are accepted at any time but should be submitted at least one month prior to the conference date. Each student is eligible for one subsidy per year, and applications will be closed once the budget is exhausted.
(2) Application Documents:
Application Form (Appendix 3), Consent Form for Co-Authors (Appendix 4) and all required documents as listed on the application form.
6. Subsidized Items (airfare, living expenses and registration fees): Subsidies will be provided according to each college’s standards and the results of the review.
※Subsidy Cap:
Oral Presentation: NTD 45,000 for Europe, America, Australia, and New Zealand; NTD 30,000 for Asia
Poster Presentation: NTD 35,000 for Europe, America, Australia, and New Zealand; NTD 20,000 for Asia
7. Others: Matters not specified herein shall be handled in accordance with the regulations of MOE and the university.
